The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that its shareholder and Regulatory Affairs Manager, Mr. Tilemahos Stefanakis son of Stefanos, proceeded on 30/07/07 to the purchase of 1,000 (one thousand) common shares at the price of 9.74 euros (nine euros and seventy four cents) of total value 9,740 euros (nine thousand seven hundred and forty euros).
