The company FORTHnet A.E. announces, that according to the L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art.21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11), a legal entity associated with Mr Dimitrios Goulandris, a member of the FORTHnet's Board of Directors, notified on July 10th, 2007 (art. 13, par. 1 of L. 3340/2005) the sale of 37,585 shares of a total value of Euro 400,531, that took place on July 9th 2007.
