SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A. announces that, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) combined with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that an connected legal person with the President & Managing Director of the Board of Directors of the Company, Mr John Rigas, (person obliged to disclose such information based on article 13 of Law 3340/2005), bought on 14.08.2007 30.000 common registered shares of "SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A" with a total value of euro 47.485,05 and on 16.08.2007 bought 33.000 common registered shares of "SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A" with a total value of euro 51.055,80.
