The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces that, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, its shareholder and Non-Executive BoD member, Ms Aikaterini Saranti of Pantazis, proceeded on 22/08/07 to the purchase of 10,000 (ten thousand) common shares at the price of 9.57 euros (nine euros and fifty seven cents) of total value 95,670 euros (ninety five thousand and six hundred and seventy euros).
