(Person Obliged to Disclose the Information, article 13, L. 3340/2005), proceeded on 12/9/2011 to the sale of 1,000 common registered shares of the Company ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA INVESTMENT TRUST S.A., of a total net value of 910.00 euro.
