ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA S.A. («Issuer»), according to article 14 of law 3556/2007 and further to the notification dated 16/9/2011 it received from the shareholder GREEK POSTAL SAVINGS BANK, would like to inform the investment community on the following:

- The identity of the issuer of the shares carrying the voting rights is the company ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA S.A.

- The reason for the submission of the notification is the change of the distribution of the voting rights.

- The date of the transaction as of which the change in the percentage of the voting rights occurs is September 16^th, 2011.

- The limit exceeded by the liable party is 10%.

- The voting rights carried by shares before the crucial transaction, are as follows: Number of shares 2,740,000, number of voting rights 2,740,000, percentage on the voting rights 9.964%.

- The voting rights carried by shares after the crucial transaction, are as follows: Number of shares 2,740,000 (directly), number of voting rights 2,740,000 (directly), percentage on the voting rights 10.197% (directly).

The notification concerns a change in the liable party's voting rights, due to a deletion of the “Issuer’s” treasury shares. Before the deletion, the “Issuer’s” share capital was divided into 27,500,000 shares, while after their deletion the share capital is divided into 26,870,000 shares.
