The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, in accordance with L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Member of the Board, proceeded with the following transactions:

• On June 10^th of 2025 he sold 50,000 common shares at the average price of 13.90 euro per share.
• On June 12^th of 2025, he sold 8,019 common shares at the average price of 14.09 euro per share.
