Announcement of regulated information under Law 3556/2007

ELLAKTOR SA hereby announces the following:

1. Under the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (Article 3(16), (2002) and Article 21) combined with the provision of Article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), Anastasios Kallitsantsis, Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the company, ELLAKTOR SA, (person liable pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005), informs that on 18/12/2013, he transferred 3,000,000 commons registered shares issued by ELLAKTOR SA to the foreign company, LENAM  ENTERPRISES LIMITED, in which he has vested interest as a result of his participation, by in-kind contribution, in the share capital increase of the latter foreign company, a transaction which was disclosed to us under Article 13 of Law 3340/2005. 
2. The foreign company, LENAM ENTERPRISES LIMITED, (person liable pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and closely associated with the Chairman of the BoD of the company, ELLAKTOR SA, Mr Anastasios Kallitsantsis), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (Article 3(16), (2002) and Article 21) combined with the provision of Article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), informs that on 18/12/2013, it acquired 3,000,000 common registered shares issued by ELLAKTOR SA as a result of the participation of Anastasios Kallitsantsis, by in-kind contribution, in the share capital increase of the foreign company, LENAM ENTERPRISES LIMITED, a transaction which was disclosed to us pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005. 
3. The company, IONIA PRINTING ENTERPRISES SA (person liable pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and closely associated with the Chairman of the BoD of the company, ELLAKTOR SA, Mr Anastasios Kallitsantsis), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (Article 3(16), (2002) and Article 21) combined with the provision of Article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), informs that on 18/12/2013, it sold 82,000 common registered shares of the Company of a total value of EUR 262,400.00, a transaction which was disclosed to us pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
