Notification of change in participation percentage

Under Article 14 of Law 3556/2007, ELLAKTOR SA discloses information received by the following liable shareholder on 18/12/2013:

Mr Anastasios Kallitsantsis hereby informs that there has been a change in the percentage of direct and indirect participation thereof in the share capital and in the voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA as a result of the transfer and sale of shares and of the respective voting rights as follows:

Date of transactions on which the change in the percentage of direct and indirect participation was effected: 18/12/2013.

Number of shares and equal voting rights prior to the transaction: a) direct participation: 9,001,369 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 5.085% and b) indirect participation: 451,000 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 0.255% of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA.

Number of shares and equal voting rights after the transaction: a) direct participation: 6,001,369 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 3.391% and b) indirect participation: 3,369,000 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 1.903% of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA.

Following the transaction, the total (direct and indirect) percentage of participation and voting rights of the person making the announcement is equal to 5.294% of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA.
