NIREUS S.A. wishes to inform the investment public, that on page No 32 of its published notes Year 2006 financial statements, on the 2nd line of the Table titled SEGMENT ACTIVITY 2006 referring to "Inter-segment Sales" the amounts appearing are corrected as follows :
Aquaculture - correct number: euro 17.876.377 (from euro 26.658.339), Fish-meal correct number : euro 9.151.885 (from euro 762.323), Food & Confectionary - correct number : euro 3.592.416 (from euro 3.247.158) και Other & Pet - correct number : euro 47.142 (from euro zero).
The corrected numbers sum up to the same total amount of euro 30.667.820 in the right column of the said table, which remains the same without any changes.
Consequently the amounts of the 3rd line of the said Table, referring to the Net Sales, are changing as follows: Aquaculture - correct number : euro 119.793.809 (from euro 111.011.847), Fish-meal - correct number : euro 24.413.448 (from euro 32.803.010), Food & Confectionary - correct number : euro 11.589.687 (from euro 11.934.945) and Other & Pet - correct number : euro 5.685.475 (from euro 5.732.617).
The corrected numbers sum up to the same total amount of euro 161.482.419 which refers to the Total Group Net Sales, in the right column of the said table, which remains the same without any changes.
Following the above, the appropriate changes are made on the said Table of page No 32 of the published notes for Year 2006 financial statements, while all the other appearing amounts remain the same. The aforementioned corrected published notes for Year 2006 financial statements, will also be posted on the company''s website.
