COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces that the 10th Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders, held today, approved the payment of the annual dividend for the fiscal year 2006 of euro 0.73 per share. Shareholders entitled to this dividend, are all the holders of the Company's shares as at Monday 11th June 2007, inclusive. Shares will be trading ex-dividend from Tuesday 12th June 2007, while dividend payment will commence on Wednesday 20nd June 2007. The distribution will be carried out by EFG Eurobank Ergasias Bank S.A. for the period of 20.06.2007 up to 31.12.2012, as follows:
1. Through the SAT operators, for all beneficiaries who have authorised their SAT operators to collect the dividend on their behalf, and according to article 329 of the ASE Regulation and article 39 of the Central Security Depository's Regulation.
2. Through the branches of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A., for the beneficiaries who have not authorised their SAT operators to collect the dividend on their behalf or have revoked authorisation, or have their shares in a special share account or for shares kept in share accounts of investors who have not appeared.
3. Through the branches of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A., from 26.06.07, for those beneficiaries that, for any reason, will not be able to collect the dividend through their SAT operators, according to item 1 above, until that date.
Dividends under items 2 and 3 above may be collected upon proof of identification of the beneficiary, either in person or through a legally authorized representative. The authorisation must be certified by police or other competent Authority.
Dividend payment for the fiscal year 2001 will continue to be carried out by the National Bank of Greece until 31.12.07. Dividends for the fiscal years 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 will continue to be carried out through COSMOTE's cashier at the Company's headquarters (44 Kifissias Ave, Maroussi) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. after contacting the Company's Investor Relations Department.
Dividends for the fiscal years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 that will not be collected by 31.12.2007, 31.12.2008, 31.12.2009, 31.12.2010, 31.12.2011 and 31.12.2012 respectively will be written off in favor of the State.
