Within the framework of L.3340/2005 as well as Article 2 of decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the HCMC, the company ELGEKA S.A. informs the investing public and its shareholders that its subsidiary company in Cyprus, ELGEKA (CYPRUS) LTD, on 24 October 2005 after a unanimous decision of its members decided to proceed with its share capital increase by the amount of 86,000 Cyprian pounds (EUR 150,000 approximately). ELGEKA S.A. will subscribe the aforesaid increase by paying 100% of the amount that will be deposited on Tuesday, 8 November 2005. Thus, the share capital of ELGEKA (CYPRUS) LTD will reach from 7,015,000 pounds to 7,101,000 Cyprian pounds, i.e. from 7,015,000 to 7,101,000 shares carrying a par value of one Cyprian pound each, with ELGEKA S.A. as the principal shareholder.
