MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces in accordance with article 16 of Greek Law 2190/20 and with Regulationno 2273/2003 of the European Comity, pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 29/05/2013, that has proceeded on 10/09/2014 to the purchase of 1100 own shares with an average purchase price Euro 0,3290 per share and a total purchase price Euro 377,11. The above 1100 shares were purchased through ALPHA FINANCE.
