MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces in accordance with article 16 of Greek Law 2190/20 and with Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Comity, pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 29/05/2013, that has proceeded on 08/05/2015 to the purchase of 850 own shares with an average purchase price Euro 0,30 per share and a total purchase price Euro 255,00. The above 850 shares were purchased through ALPHA FINANCE.
