Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to the L.3556

Pursuant to the L. 3556 and following an overdue notification from its shareholder ING Investment Management Belgium S.A., the company GR. SARANTIS SA announces that its shareholder ING Investment Management Belgium S.A. decreased its indirect participation in the share capital and voting rights of GR. SARANTIS SA from 5.02% (i.e. 1,926,195 shares and voting rights) to 4.99% (i.e. 1,913,857 shares and voting rights).
