Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to the L.3556

Pursuant to the Law 3556/2007 and following a notification dated November 07^th 2013, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors' community that the total percentage FMR LLC indirectly holds, through controlled undertakings, on the Company's voting rights increased on November 05^th 2013 from 9.99% to 10.19% (or 3,526,324 voting rights).
