Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to the L.3556

Pursuant to the Law 3556/2007 and following a relevant notification received on June 3^rd 2015 by Brandes Investment Partners L.P., the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors' community that the total indirect percentage held by the shareholders on the Company's voting rights increased on June 3^rd 2015 from 4.79% to 5.44% (or 1,891,528 voting rights).
