The Management Board of Ellaktor SA would hereby like to inform you that the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, at its Meeting held today 3 July 2014, approved the Memorandum of Increase of the Share Capital of the subsidiary company ELTECH ANEMOS SA by public offering in Greece through an increase of the Share capital and by listing of all the shares of the company in the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, according to the L.3401/2005
