ALPHA TRUST HOLDINGS S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors, following a relevant disclosure received, that, on  June 6^th 2025, the non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, Ms. Angeliki Chatzidaki, which is a person discharging managerial responsibilities, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, acquired, as a joint beneficiary of a Joint Investor Share, through the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, 6,400 common registered shares of the Company (ATRUST) with voting rights, of a total value of 49,280.00 euros.

This announcement is made pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as in force.
