I. METKA S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. an associated legal person, bought, on August 6, 2007, 32.083 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 522.881,45. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.
II. METKA S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. an associated legal person, bought, on August 7, 2007, 45.802 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 775.312,34. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.
III. METKA S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. an associated legal person, bought, on August 8, 2007, 18.584 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 314.747,32. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.
