SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on August 20, 2007, the President and Executive Member of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mr. Athanasios Dorotheos Hatzioannou bought 3,419 common shares, with a total net value of eurp 36,292.78 thus increasing his participation in the company's share capital and voting rights from 11,07% to 11,09%.
B. SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on August 13, 2007, the General Manager (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mr. Kyriakos Nikolaos Kofinas bought 1,800 common shares, with a total net value of euro 19,188.00 thus increasing his participation in the company's share capital and voting rights from 0.036% to 0.043%.
