SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on July 27, 2007, Mrs Anna Savvas Hatzioannou, daughter of the Vice President and Executive Member of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, Mr. Savvas Dorotheos Hatzioannou bought 3.200 common shares, with a total net value of Euro 35.287,06, thus increasing her participation in the company's share capital and voting rights from 0.101% to 0.113%.
B. SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on July 30, 2007, the President and Executive Member of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mr. Athanasios Dorotheos Hatzioannou bought 3.460 common shares, with a total net value of Euro 38.791,80, thus increasing his participation in the company's share capital and voting rights from 10.80% to 10.81%.
