In accordance with the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation (article 292, paragraph 4, section a), IASO S.A. announces that the annual briefing of equity analysts on its financial results took place on 07.06.2006, observing the Schedule of Planned Corporate Actions which was published on 28.02.2006. The Group?s Management presented the strategy and the prospects of the parent Company and the Group referring in detail to all Group?s activities and its investing plans. The financial statements of the year 2005 and the 1st Quarter of 2006 were presented. Specifically, the Group's sales amounted to Euro 117 mil. for the year 2005 and to Euro 35 mil. for the 1st Q of 2006. IASO?s S.A. figures amounted to Euro 77 mil. and Euro 21 mil. respectively. Group's profit after taxes amounted to Euro 5.8 mil. for the year 2005 and Euro 3.4 mil. for the 1st Q of 2006, while IASO?s figures amounted to Euro 13.3 mil. and Euro 4.4 mil. respectively.
