According to the regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange (article 277, paragraphs 2c, 2d) ELMEC SPORT SA announces the non-binding decision of its Board of Directors to schedule the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders (AGM) for the period from Friday the 20th of May to Thursday the 30th of June, 2005.

ELMEC SPORT further announces that, irrespectively of the date when the AGM will actually take place, ELMEC SPORT stock will go ex-dividend after the 17th of June 2005, i.e. the last trading day of the June 2005 Future Contract on the EPSI50 Index. The dividend will be paid to the shareholders 60 days after the AGM
