Appointment of Genertal Managers

OPAP S.A., according to Law Ν. 3340/2005 and resolution 3/347/12-07-05 of the Capital Market Commission BoD, announces that the Company''s Board of Directors assigned duties to the following General Managers:
1. Mr E. Goulas at the newly established General Betting Division,
2. Mr. A. Papoutsis at the General Marketing Division,
3. Mr. M. Koukis at the General Services & Administrative Support Organization Division,
4. Mr. P. Pippis at the General IT, Corporate Research and Development Division.
Mr. Goulas, employed by the International Organization CERN in Geneva as of 1991, held the position of Head of transfer of know-how issues for the past 7 years. He holds a degree in Computer Science applied in Business Administration from the University of Torino.
Mr. Koukis, up to date Logistics, Supply and Asset Manager, has 38 years of employment experience with OPAP S.A. and is a graduate of the Pantion University, Political Science department.
Mr. Papoutsis, up to date Financial Control Manager, has 25 years of employment experience with OPAP S.A., and is a graduate of the Political Science and Civil Management department of the Athens University. As of 2003 he elaborates on his Doctorate Thesis on the Democritos University of Thrace.
Mr. Pippis, as of 2003, the IT, Corporate Research and Development General Manager, has 18 years of employment experience with OPAP S.A., and is a graduate of the Mathematics School of the Aristoteleio University of Thessaloniki, holding also a combined Technology Management degree from the National Technical University of Athens and the Athens Business & Economics University.
Lastly the Board of Directors, on the occasion of undertaking the PAME STIHIMA operations, appointed Mr. Κevin Anderson as special advisor. Mr. Anderson has been continuously involved in the gaming industry for the past 24 years and was recently Vice-President of Business Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa for the company Scientific Games Inc. until April 2006. He has particular expertise in public sector operations through his past cooperation with some of Europe?s leading lottery organizations and he was involved in setting up and managing gaming operations in many countries worldwide. Mr. Anderson holds a B.Sc. from the University of Salford, UK and studied International Marketing as a post-graduate at North Staffordshire Polytechnic, UK.
