Appointment of new executives

31 December 2014 - Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) announces the following internal transfers of Group executives, effective 1.1.2015:

1. Τhe Internal Audit Department is upgraded to a Division, and will be headed by Mr. Eleftherios Polytaridis as Director
2. Mrs. Georgia Mourla is appointed Director of Issuer Support Division-MTF
3. Mrs. Leda Condoyanni is appointed Director of Human Resources & Administrative Support Division
