At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Ltd, which was held on 6 February 2003, the Board appointed Ambassador Andreas J. Jacovides and Mr Christos Mouskis as members of the Board of Directors.

Ambassador Jacovides was born in Nicosia in 1936. He studied Law at the University of Cambridge, the Inns of Court and the Harvard Law School. He served as Ambassador to the United States of America, including the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, to Germany and the United Nations. Ambassador Jacovides also served as Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is currently an international lawyer and consultant and an Arbitrator with the World Bank and other international bodies.

Mr Mouskis was born in Limassol in 1964. He studied Business Administration with specialisation in Marketing at Arkansas State University. He worked for two years at Muskita Aluminium and then he managed the development of Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol. He is Managing Director of Muskita Hotels, the managing company of Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol.
