This is to inform you that on July 1st 2003, the decision under the number K2-7650/27-6-2003 for the approval of the merger by absorption of Vizzavi Hellas S.A. by Vodafone - Panafon Hellenic Telecommunications Company S.A , was registered to the Limited Liability Companies Register of the Ministry of Development. Vizzavi Hellas S.A. was a 100% subsidiary of Vodafone - Panafon.
