The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, ascertained that all listing requirements are met, according to art. 2 par. 4 L.3371/2005, regarding the listing of “METLEN ENERGY & METALS PLC” (ISIN:GB00BTQGS779), on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, subject to the condition of the successful completion of the Share Exchange Offer, at which time the achievement of the minimum amount of total equity (3.1.3.2 ATHEX Rulebook) and the adequate free float of the company's shares (3.1.4.3 ATHEX Rulebook) will be examined.
