The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, ascertained that all listing requirements are met, according to art. 2 par. 4 L.3371/2005, regarding the listing of “QUALCO GROUP S.A.” (ISIN: GRS543003008), on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, subject to the following conditions:
a) the granting of an exemption by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, regarding the publication of financial statements for less than three financial years, and
b) the achievement of the adequate free float of the company's shares, according to the relevant provisions of the ATHEX Rulebook.
