ATEbank's participation in the Share Capital Increase of ATEBANK ROMANIA

ATEbank announces that its B.o.D at its 30.8.2011 session decided the bank’s participation in the Share Capital Increase of ATEBANK ROMANIA. The bank’s participation will be up to € 20,000,000. In order to participate in this action, a relevant approval will be requested from the Directorate for Competition of the European Commission.
