The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) announces that, in implementation of paragraph 3.1.2.4 of its Rulebook, the common and preferred shares of the company " UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A.", will be traded as of Friday, October 10, 2008, under the Low Dispersion, Low Liquidity & Special Features Category. The above-mentioned decision was taken based on the fact that at the trading session of October 9, 2008 the closing price of the company?s common shares was below euro 0,30.
