The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) announces that, in implementation of paragraph 3.1.2.4. of its Rulebook, the shares of the company "VELL GROUP S.A.", will be traded as of Thursday, November 13, 2008, under the Low Dispersion, Low Liquidity & Special Features Category. The above-mentioned decision was taken based on the fact that at the trading session of November 12th, 2008 the closing price of the shares of the company was below the limit of Euro 0.30.
