The ΑΤΗΕΧ BoD decided to amend the Regulations and Decisions regarding the listing and trading of Structured Products (SPs) on ATHEX in order to complete the corresponding regulatory framework.

ATHEX has extensively discussed the regulatory framework to be put in place with prospective SP issuers, domestic and foreign, as well as other market participants. Furthermore, ATHEX has taken into account market practices and rules implemented by major European exchanges.
