The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) announces that the shares of the company «FINTEXPORT S.A.» will be traded as of Friday, May 21st, 2010, under the Low Dispersion & Specific Features Category. The above-mentioned decision was taken in implementation of paragraph 3.1.2.4. of the ATHEX Rulebook, based on the fact that the average closing share price of the last three (3) consecutive trading sessions 18/5/2010 - 20/5/2010 was less than Euro 0.30, without publish an invitation for a General Meeting in order to change the nominal value of the stocks (reverse split).
