The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) announces that the shares of the company «VELL GROUP S.A.» will be traded as of Monday, November 1st, 2010, under the Low Dispersion & Specific Features Category. The above-mentioned decision was taken in implementation of paragraph 3.1.2.4. of the ATHEX Rulebook, based on the fact that the average closing share price of the last three (3) consecutive trading sessions 26/10/2010 - 29/10/2010 was less than Euro 0.30, without publishing an invitation for a General Meeting of Shareholders including as a subject the stocks reverse split.
