Following a relevant question of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission regarding publications about a possible acquisition of shares of the Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Thessaloniki SA, "EYATH" by EYDAP and within the frame of correct and complete information to the investment community, EYDAP announces that under the investment and business plan of the Company, various strategic options are taken under consideration, but so far no specific decision has been taken. Regarding these publications, the investigation of such a project relates primarily to the main shareholder of the Company, who examines the optimum strategic choice and will give EYDAP relevant directions, because, as mentioned in these publications, the Greek State is responsible for the whole planning. Therefore, the Company informs the investment community that so far is not aware of a certain decision or direction between the strategic options considered. In any case, the primal goal of EYDAP is the continuous enhancement of the company and its profitable growth for the benefit of the customers, its main shareholder which is the Greek State, the other shareholders and its employees.
