The Athens Exchange announces that after an agreement with the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, and taking into consideration the opinions of the Listed Companies'' Union, decided to proceed immediately with a revision of its Regulation of Operation.

Specifically, the relevant modifications and updates will concern provisions that regard the classification of listed companies (after taking into account international trends and developments).

Consequently, the Athens Exchange intends according to the decision of its Board of Directors, to postpone the time of decision-making for classification in the under surveillance category (according to article 213 par. 1 of Regulation), so as to take into consideration the planned revision of the ATHEX Regulation, which is about to be completed within two months.
