The company ELBISCO S.A. HOLDINGS informs the investors that the tax audit according to law 3888/2010 for the financial years that ended December 31, 2008 and 2009 has been finalized. The additional imposed taxes came up to 10,890.64 euro. The company has already settled the aforementioned obligation. The income statement for the year ended December 31, 2011 will not be affected since the company has recognized a provision against outflows due to any unaudited financial years by the state tax authorities.
