Autohellas SA announcement

Autohellas SA (the company) would like to inform the public that following the completion of all procedures under article 3.1.7.2 of codified law of the Greek stock exchange market in relation to un-audited years of the adsorbed company by the name VACAR SA (the absorbed company) from the company, no substantial tax obligations that have not been met, have been found according to the independent auditor for the fiscal years 2008 – 2010 and 1^st January 2014 – 24^th December 2014, and for which no relevant provision has been made in the financial statements that the absorbed company has published with date 30 June 2014 for the purpose of the merger. For fiscal years 2011, 2012, 2013, the absorbed company has issued the relevant tax certificates with unqualified audit opinion.
