BABIS VOVOS-INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL CO. S.A. announces the sale of the 2nd floor (871m2) and a parking stationof 30 lots of the building that is constructing on 49, Kifissias Avenue.

BVIC Group announces that it has sold 871 sqm of office space on the second floor of the development at 49 Kifissias Avenue, and 30 parking spaces in the same building. The sale price was set at Eur 3,595,000. The buyer is EFG Eurobank Ergasias Leasing, on behalf of Embryogenesis Ltd, who will be the occupier.

The agreed sale price reaffirms the strong demand for BVIC Group developments. The 49 Kifissias Avenue development has Media Markt as anchor tenant with a 12 year lease agreement for 54% of the total 8,800 sqm of lettable space.
