"BETANET S.A.", in accordance with the article 275 paragraph 9d of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and article 10 of L.3340/2005, would like to announce to its shareholders and all investors that the ordinary tax control review concerning the company's tax obligations for the financial years 2003 and 2004 has been completed.

From the aforementioned tax control, additional tax obligations and charges that amount to Euro 137.075, arised for which the company had already made sufficient provision charges in the financial statements of the financial years 2003 and 2004. Therefore no relative tax burden will occur for the financial year 2005. At the same period, the ordinary tax control for the financial years 2003 and 2004 concerning BETANET S.A.'s 100% subsidiary EKAT - ETAN S.A. has also been completed. From the subsidiary's, tax control additional tax obligations and charges that amount to Euro 84.465, arised, but no additional tax burden will occur for the financial year 2005, for all aforementioned reasons.
