On Wednesday, the 25th of September 2002, the Ministry of Public Works' Department EYDE/PATHE opened the sealed bids in the tender for the construction project: ?Completion of Road Works at Kakia Skala ?.

In this project, budgeted at ? 76.068 million, the joint venture of MICHANIKI S.A. - THESSALIKI ATE submitted the lowest bid at ? 57.075 million corresponding to a 14.4 percent discount.
