The Board of Directors of HERACLES GENERAL CEMENT COMPANY (2006-2009)

HERACLES GENERAL CEMENT COMPANY S.A. Annual Shareholders' General Assembly of June 30th, 2006, appointed the new Board of Directors of the Company, assigned for three years, 2006-2009. Following the completion of the Annual General Assembly the new nine-member Board of Directors met as a body consisting of the following members:

The shareholders of HERACLES GENERAL CEMENT COMPANY approved the Directors' reports and the financial results of the Company for the year 2005. They also approved the distribution of dividends of Euro 0.95 per share for 2005.
