The Board of Directors of GOODY'S S.A., after its meeting that took place on 17.3.2006 announces that it 1) approved the terms of secession from the Company and contribution to the company "ENDEKA S.A. -ESTIATORIO" of part of the sector-branch GOODY'S restaurant, 2) approved the terms of secession from the Company and contribution to the company "ESTIATORIA-ZAXAROPLASTEIA EMPORIKES EPICHIRISEIS TEMPON S.A." of part of the sector-branch GOODY'S restaurant, and 3) decided the calling of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders for the discussion and decision making regarding the above issues.
