Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday, 30 April 2012 to examine, among other subjects, the Final Financial Statements for the year 2011.  

On the same date the Financial Statements will be announced to the Athens Exchange and to the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
