The Bank of Cyprus Group announces that its subsidiary Company BOC Ventures Ltd has terminated the services of its General Manager, Mr Athos Kyranides, with immediate effect and that Mr Kyranides? actions no longer bind the Company.

The Company's general management matters will be handled by Mr Yiannis Kypri, Group General Manager Finance.
