The Société Anonyme under the name "THRACE PLASTICS INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME" and the distinctive title "THRACE PLASTICS Co. S.A." ("Company"), informs investors that the elected, by the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders on 24.4.2014, nine-member (9-member) Board of Directors of the Company with five-year term and specifically until the Annual General Meeting that will take place within the first half of year 2019 (namely with term until 30.06.2019), convened into body as follows:

1) Konstantinos Chalioris of Stavros, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company (executive member).

2) Theodosios Kolyvas of Antonios, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors (executive member).

3) Georgios Mpraimis of Perikles, Member of the Board of Directors (executive member).

4) Christos Siatis of Panagiotis, Member of the Board of Directors (non-executive member).

5) Stephen Duffy of Bernard, Member of the Board of Directors (non-executive member).

6) Vasileios Zairopoulos of Stylianos, Member of the Board of Directors (non-executive member).

7) Ioannis Apostolakos of Georgios, Member of the Board of Directors (independent non-executive member).

8) Konstantinos Gianniris of Ioannis, Member of the Board of Directors (independent non executive member).

9) Petros Fronistas of Christos, Member of the Board of Directors (independent non executive member).

Of the above members of the Board of Directors, Konstantinos Chalioris, Theodosios Kolyvas, Georgios Mpraimis, Konstantinos Gianniris, Ioannis Apostolakos, Petros Fronistas and Vasileios Zairopoulos are Greek citizens.

Christos Siatis is Cypriot citizen whereas Stephen Duffy is British citizen.
