The Société Anonyme under the name "THRACE PLASTICS INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME" and the distinctive title "THRACE PLASTICS Co. S.A." ("Company"), informs  the investors, according to articles 4.1.3.1 subpar. 4 and 4.1.3.5 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, as in force today, in combination to articles 6 and 10 of Law 3340/2005 and articles 2 and 3 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that the elected, by the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders on 15.4.2015, new ten -member (10-member) Board of Directors of the Company with five-year term, which ends on June 30, 2020, convened into body as follows:

1) Konstantinos Chalioris of Stavros, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company (executive member).

2) Theodosios Kolyvas of Antonios, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors (executive member).

3) Georgios Mpraimis of Perikles, Member of the Board of Directors (executive member).

4) Dimitrios Malamos of Petros, Member of the Board of Directors (executive member)

5) Stephen Duffy of Bernard, Member of the Board of Directors (non-executive member).

6) Vasileios Zairopoulos of Stylianos, Member of the Board of Directors (non-executive member).

7) Christos Shiatis of Panagiotis, Member of the Board of Directors (independent non-executive member).

8) Ioannis Apostolakos of Georgios, Member of the Board of Directors (independent non-executive member).

9) Konstantinos Gianniris of Ioannis, Member of the Board of Directors (independent non executive member).

10) Petros Fronistas of Christos, Member of the Board of Directors (independent non executive member).

Of the above members of the Board of Directors, Konstantinos Chalioris, Theodosios Kolyvas, Georgios Mpraimis, Dimitrios Malamos, Vasileios Zairopoulos, Ioannis Apostolakos, Konstantinos Gianniris and Petros Fronistas are Greek citizens.

Christos Shiatis is a Cypriot citizen whereas Stephen Duffy is a British citizen.
