MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A announces that, following the relevant decision of the Annual Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of May 31st, 2005 regarding the Buy Back of its own shares, during the period September 1st, 2005-November 30th, 2005 which was defined by the BoD in its meeting of August 18th, 2005, the Company did not acquire any shares.
